LDA City Lahore is more than just a housing scheme—it’s a vision to build a modern, well-planned community for thousands of families. The project was conceived by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) to meet Lahore’s growing housing needs as the city’s population expanded rapidly. The scheme was approved in 2011 and later expanded to cover a much larger area along Ferozepur Road.
Located near Kahna on Ferozepur Road, LDA City was designed with wide roads, residential and commercial plots, parks, schools, mosques, healthcare facilities, and green spaces. The goal was to create a complete lifestyle rather than simply selling plots.
Like many mega housing projects, LDA City faced challenges, including land acquisition, legal matters, and delays in development. Despite these obstacles, infrastructure work continued in different sectors, roads were constructed, and possession of plots began in several areas over time, restoring confidence among many investors.
Today, LDA City is considered one of Lahore’s largest planned housing developments. With its strategic location, official backing by LDA, and ongoing development, it continues to attract homebuyers and investors who are looking for long-term value and a modern living environment.
